I joined one of Melbourne’s largest design and research teams to obtain experience with an HCD environment and large organisational setting. Our research team initially consisted of 5-members, but was scaled back within 6 months.
I worked with researchers, designers, product managers, BA’s, marketing, customer service colleagues to research and map key customer journeys in fixed termed sprints. I also developed a meta-journey mapping existing research into a meta-journey, and designed an engagement model to offer the service to wider design, product and innovation colleagues. My work led to a shared visual definition of customer steps through their betting cycle.
I also conducted user testing to support design teams to iteratively understand improve designs through sprints. I learnt an incredible amount, met some great people and was mentored by several of our cities finest PhD designers & researchers.
