As Executive Producer, I managed the program of work for Audi’s UK digital account at gt (now VML). I was also a member of the ‘Operations Board’ that was established to transform the agency, our work laid the foundations for the business to win ‘Agency of the Year’ in 2008.

As the Programme Manager, I was part of the team who grew the account to double it’s revenue to become the flagship client with 6+ producers / 4 account managers. I was responsible for program management & delivery including review of new biz/briefs, management of pipeline and 3rd party agency relationships (Audi AG, BBH, fulfilment & data agencies).

I oversaw production of the RS4’s integrated digital marketing campaign driven by BBH Sinister Beauty TVC. The digital campaign included a microsite, digital advertising, transvision screens, PSP designs, Podcasts, iTV placements, co-branded promotions (sinister cinema with Guardian), mobile downloads, a graphic novel and eDM campaign. All tied together by a physical experience at Liverpool St tube – with digital ads running up escalators to large digital screens in the central meeting area – with TVCs prompting download of digital content. RS4 was nominated for many awards, and finalist for Best Interactive Campaign category – Cyber Lions (Cannes).

During my time at gt, I also managed the re-platform of www.audi.co.uk in an aggressive period of time. We redesigned the interface of the brand and national retailer sites in 4 months and moved all to centralised CMS system – 900+ pages, 120 retail sites.
