Design research – Student Journey Insights

I worked with the AKQA experience design team to produce a student journey map from customer interviews and surveys.

The primary goal of this research is to provide HESTA with insight to the end-to-end student journey from high school to their first full-time job. The journey map produced was designed to inform opportunities within their communications strategy – focusing on the acquisition and nurture of students in their final year.

Moments of earlier transition were also outlined as opportunities for further consideration. I designed the map, wrote the presentation, report and presented with key account members to the client.
