My role as Delivery Manager was to co-ordinate the global project team of 40+ stakeholders including multi-discipline agency & client teams. Project teams were remotely located in Kansas, Amsterdam, London, and Melbourne with regular stakeholder workshops in London.
Working closely with colleagues and team members to co-ordinate the Discovery phase, I coordinated delivery of key client presentations, weekly stakeholder meetings and development of agency deliverables. This work was focused on establishing the strategic direction for the global website redesign, and providing support to key clients as they sought buy-in from global peers.
Our deliverables included: digital strategy, regular ‘point of view’ documents, user workshops to elicit requirements, user insights and create stakeholder engagement with the project. UX artefacts included sitemaps, wireframe prototypes, content strategy, creative brand concepts through to design templates and copy.
