My review of Livework’s studio for an MDF assignment was a joy, I’ve poured over their methodology and toolkit several months ago, using it for inspiration to inform an engagement model I designed to support my own practice.

I love their humanity and their mature appreciation of each other as practitioners who they can learn from – not to mention the rigour of their practice.

Their work to forge a globally recognised practice, brining the customer needs to the centre of the business mindset, and support internal teams to redesign their service systems to become delightful, joyful experiences is inspiring. I am looking forward to watching how they extend this offer with their new brand capabilities.
