At White Labelled I worked from pitch to delivery of this project including: strategy, information architecture, design and development.

The site was built ready for e-commerce to be activated, but first phase focused on perfecting the product catalogue and lead generation (sales, appointments, enquiries etc).

Our approach to this project and development of the new digital brand was holistic, in that we also considered how to apply insights and learnings to other digital marketing tools such as email, social media, blogging, and promotional areas of the site ie: landing pages, promo banners etc. The content management system also provided the company more flexibility to maintain their own content and promotions.

The new brand received a lot of positive feedback, an increase in traffic, conversions and enquiries. The new site also gave better insights to customer needs, behaviours and future targeting opportunities.
